“An oracle is something that awakens a vision, an insight, a voice of wisdom and spirit within that assists you in finding your way back to your own truth and harmony with life.” ~Lynn V. Andrews
“Intuition doesn’t tell you what you want to hear; it tells you what you need to hear.”
The Full Moon on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 arrives in the sign of watery, sensitive Cancer and is favorably aspected to the innovation loving planet Uranus. In short, the opportunity at hand is about welcoming change, opening to flow, and cultivating intuition. When aligned with the Sun’s move into Capricorn on the 20th, the recent Yule / Winter Solstice, the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, and the coming New Year, this is a powerfully supported time to explore and develop our relationships with the mystical realms and their symbolic expressions.
Some of my most reliable tools for working with intuition, synchronicity, and subtle guidance are oracle decks. For me, they offer something akin to a snapshot of any given moment or situation with which I’m in inquiry, serving as catalysts for focused shifts. I don’t turn to them to tell me what to do, per se; it’s more about feeling stuck and trusting that another perspective could help me move forward with greater ease. The more willing I am to being open to questioning my opinions, attitudes, and story, the clearer and more meaningful my interpretations of the cards will be.
