We are all energy generators! The thoughts we think, dictate the quality of the energy emanating from us. Worry or stress-energy causes a palpable heaviness in our aura leaving us tired and less in Flow.
Of course, preventative measures are preferred, primary of which is monitoring our thoughts. When we remember there are zero mistakes and assure ourselves it’s all meaningful, we consciously bring our levels of stress a few notches down. Still, thought management is a task. It means practice. In this regard, meditation and sound (singing bowls, chanting and sacred music) can help us practice stillness and awareness. In the stillness, much congested energy gets dissolved. Paradise Found has a great selection of meditation CD’s and sacred sound music to help in this regard. As well, the disintegration of congested energy from within our auras creates a lightness of being and mental clarity, laying the ground for choosing more positive patterns of thought.
Other ways of detoxing from the heaviness of stress energy are the use of sage or incense, and salt bathing or using a salt scrub in the shower. The burning of sage emits a cleansing energy that purifies and clears the aura of the body and the energy of of the environment. Salt in a bath extracts and disintegrates stress energy we pick up during the course of the day. I love the bundle of sage that Paradise Found offers and the salt scrubs are ideal to keep handy in the shower. If you choose to salt bathe, use 2-3lbs of salt in a bath (water softening salt works). Soak for only 20-30min at whatever temperature you prefer, and then shower off. This activity is ideal to prep you for a relaxing evening after a long day of work.
Stress-free is a bit over-rated, since we enjoy experiencing the wide range of emotions inherent in the human experience. The question becomes one of stress-management. If you can build into your schedule a time to meditate, practice thinking good thoughts and regularly use sage and salt bathing, these simple but powerful practices can give you the skill you need to manage stress successfully.
To you good health!!
