February~Fantasy vs Reality by Anna Chapman

When I examine myself and my methods of thought, I come to the conclusion that the gift of fantasy has meant more to me than my talent for absorbing positive knowledge.

~Albert Einstein

This month begins with a Mars/Neptune conjunction in Pisces that includes a semi-sextile to Venus in Aquarius. Consider it a window of opportunity to indulge your self in a flight of fancy that has the possibility of changing your beliefs and how you experience life. As the month proceeds, our grasp of what is ‘real’ may, as a natural consequence of dissolving parameters and shifting boundaries, cease to exist.

With the slate wiped clean, anything is possible!

Imagination gives us the impertinence to imagine making the impossible possible. Einstein, for example, was able to imagine alternatives to the sacred Newtonian notion of absolute time, and discovered that time is relative to your state of motion. Think of the thousands of scientists who must have come close to Einstein’s insight but lacked the imagination to see it because of the accepted dogma that time is absolute...

~Michael Michalko, The Creativity Post

Fantasy= a. -imagination unrestricted by realityReality=a. -the state of being actual or realReal=a. -being or occurring in fact or actuality; having verifiable existence

Verifiable existence is not the natural realm of Pisces and yet what we experience when powerfully influenced by the last water sign and ruler Neptune can appear very real.

Sun moves into Pisces at 4:00 a.m. February 18th joining Neptune, Chiron, Mars and Mercury. The Moon/Jupiter conjunction in Gemini tips the balance in favor of mutability. Best go with the flow. Have no expectations and accept that what comes, does and what doesn’t ,does not. Wanting to pin anything down could lead to frustration, though with Mars in Pisces, the frustration is likely to dissipate quickly in favor of yielding to what is.

On the 25th, Venus also moves into Pisces. We are body, mind, and spirit swept away by the elusive truth that we are all one or “that”. Fantasy is the reality. The tear in consciousness repaired, means I see what has existed always, the truth of reality is that it is the illusion and then, the words slowly drift away. There is no desire to describe or explain but simply to be in the stillness, the silence of “that”.

Imagine the possibility that everything I have ever strived toward, sought, envisioned, yearned for, exists here in this moment, in perfection; that this is the potential for all moments for the rest of your experience in duality. For this to be so—nothing needs to occur and you need do nothing. A sudden stillness surrounds you and clarity floods awareness though there is no definable perception as such. Being, in relative existence, suggests that one is always where they need to be at the perfect relative moment. One may be sitting at the crossroads to every eventuality and accepting with open hand and heart what drifts into this arena.

In a dream, he sat on nothing, fishing rod in hand cast into the waters of the vast eternal ocean, capturing the very illusive formless notions (that appear to us as gold fish) that even a glimpse affords a spectacular view of that which we cannot, with the mind, comprehend nor articulate with speech. Giving up on his pointless pursuit he unfurls his wings and ascends melting into liquid light, bathed in love, in love, in love.

When the barriers to ‘seeing’ drop, so much may appear upon the screen. What we hear about, are now seeing, sensing and communicating with, further our thought that everything does exist simultaneously. And then, a small step toward everything here and now.

February can be a dry month regardless of rain or not. Remember: beef bone soup with barley and beets. Also essential oils (carrot seed oil, rose geranium, neroli etc.) with avocado oil and eating avocados and a little extra natural oil (fish oil, salmon, krill oil-be aware that some fish contains high levels of mercury; ghee=clarified butter) consumed to prevent dry skin and hair.

The Hanged Man by Creative Uncut
The Hanged Man by Creative Uncut[/caption]Tarot Card for February: The Hanged Man XII (ruled by Neptune)

Hangs by his feet immobilized. Represents non-action. This means what wants to happen will, without concern or effort. In this we yield to what is, suspend our disbelief and surrender to “that”, our true being. Apply these characteristics to any and all areas of your life and observe how everything flows with ease and grace. Your body/mind relaxes, free, completely, and happiness and well-being rise to the surface. Always there, but replaced often by our resistance and fear. The Hanged Man is a lesson in patience whilst doubt is wrestled into submission by a much more powerful realization that I limit my self with illusions I cling to.

It is a short month but plentifully speckled with windows and doorways open to us for our enlightenment and the understanding that fantasy and reality define states that confine us to duality.
