This is the year of the light; being in motion, fluid, flexible, fast forwarding as we transition from a vast number of archaic thought patterns into trust and belief in what IS: belief in the power of the self, the individual; no longer guided by institutions but inner wisdom.
This is the year of the wind (wind=pneuma is the early Greek word for spirit); embracing change and no longer attached to person or thing. On an evening when the moon was just a sliver, a beautiful crescent floating in a midnight sea, I stared at it with familiar love—filled with emotion—just as I had gazed upon it so many times before. I realized how attached I am to this celestial orb and all of nature and how much I love this planet; that it might keep me coming back here again and again. The wind moves us, sweeps doors open, we dare go where we have not been before.
