This event will be lovingly facilitated and guided by Jennifer Bower, MSN, RN, and creator of The Caregiver Oracle.
As a master-prepared nurse with over 20 years of experience, Jen has a deep understanding of the role of the caregiver. She has worked in a variety of caregiving roles, both professionally and personally, including surgical trauma, nursing education, school nursing, and her role as mother, wife, friend, and community member.
Jen knows that only when we commit to tending to our own essential needs, we can continue to give to others without experiencing resentment, fatigue, and burnout. So come down to Paradise Found for an energetic recharge, find a community of like-minded people in search of love & light, and some Solstice fun!
