Crystals for Empowering Communication by Darren Campbell

Halloween has come and gone. Thanksgiving is on the way, and Christmas and New Years soon after. But the next important day just around the corner should be one of the most prized celebrations in this nation, and one which should be a national holiday--Voting Day. This coming Tuesday, November 6th is a day to empower yourself and to use your voice. Make. Yourself. Heard.The ideal stones for this subject tend to fall in the blue color range, and closely associate with the throat chakra. My favorite use for these stones is to literally lay in meditation with a rock (or two, or three) on my throat, or even to wear a stone or crystal in the jugular notch, just above my clavicles and resting on my thyroid. Indeed, a gland which, when in dysfunction, can be associated with emotions or situations where the power of voice is lacking.I'm sure many of you already have one, or all, of these crystals but it can never hurt to have more. In fact, why not even have an entire crystal pouch devoted solely to promoting positive, genuine, healing communication?
