As we come into this Cancer full moon we start to feel the nurturing side of Cancer. This is the time where we nurture ourselves, take self care by resetting and refreshing ourselves for the months to come this year. January is your cosmic do over so let's get revitalized & ready to move forward with Cancer & Capricorn .

In this meditation we will be bringing in energy to reset & refresh from last year, the holidays or what you need. This will be very clearing and give you perspective, focus, clarity and help you move forward.

I will call in your Guardian Angels, the Cosmic Angels of the Universe, Capricorn & Cancer to bring in the energy to reset & refresh.

If you would like to have any crystals present or light any candles please do so. Whatever you feel called to have present with you will be charged up with the ritual energy! Suggested crystals for this meditation are rose quartz to nurture and garnet to restore and revitalize.
