I invoke the radiant energy of the sun,
as I feel the days growing longer.
The sun's gentle return, the flame,
its rays spreading warmth across the land, across my heart.
I am the light. I share my light with others.
And in doing so, my light expands.
May all that I touch grow, bloom, and flourish
with love and in beauty, always.

Amen, A'ho, So it is.

New Moon in Aquarius 1° 32’ | Saturday 1/21 at 12:53 pm PST

"Aquarius is the perfect meeting of freedom and knowledge. This energy changes and shapes the world. Ruled by Air, Aquarius helps connect us all and forms the collective consciousness. Through this connection, it helps move society forward to new paradigms. Aquarius helps us take our vibration out of the old and into the new, where it can create an updated reality and frequency. To do this, Aquarius challenges the status quo and inspires us to think of solutions that were never taught to us. This energy is associated with the mental realm more than any other sign, and this season is a time to honor you own unique genius.

The energy of Aquarius inspires us to create the world we want to live in instead of just accepting the world that already exists. First, though, we need to understand our own energy. We need to know where we are starting from, including any stereotypes, preconceived notions, or governing assumptions we hold. From here, we can begin to unravel what is true to us and what was imprinted upon us from our parents, teachers, and society. As we peel back the layers, we find our core and our authentic truth—we find who we really are. Once we discover our true self beyond what is expected of us, we must learn to stay true to ourselves no matter what box the people around us try to squeeze us into to conform to their view of the world."

"Aquarius is an air sign. Air signs deal with concepts, thought, relating and communicating. Aquarius is a fixed air sign. Fixed signs are a strong, sturdy hub for others to gather round. Conceptually quite brilliant, Aquarius is able to see solutions and ways forward that are invisible to others. Uninfluenced by outside forces when need be, Aquarius is constructed to come up with its own thoughts. Able to put sentimental ties aside, Aquarius can become uncannily adept at problem solving. Mentally sturdy enough to study systems without being coopted by them, Aquarius astutely sees ways to innovate with great ease."

"2023 is a year of the Water Rabbit, starting from January 22nd, 2023 (Chinese New Year), and ending on February 9th, 2024 (Chinese New Year's Eve). The sign of Rabbit is a symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity in Chinese culture. 2023 is predicted to be a year of hope."
