As this Cancer Full Moon comes in, we feel her nurturing energy that feels all warm and cozy for the beginning of the new year. This nurturing energy for the body, mind & soul. Its always important to keep our body nourished to help us keep up with the flow. This nurturing energy also gives us emotions of excitement & joy with the flow of creative energy to nurture and water the new seeds we have planted for 2023. The creative ideas will help you think bigger to expand those seeds to grow into something you thought you could never achieve. The more excitement and joy the bigger the expansion.

In this meditation we will focus on nurturing new seeds planted. The human body is the most important thing that must be nurtured. Our body is our sacred temple and the body we chose to come into this lifetime with so we must nurture it and will bring in that energy to do so. We will also nurture all other areas in our life along with the seeds we have planted for 2023 along with expansive energy. Speaking of seeds, we will also focus on the growth of those seeds. Once planted they must be tended to, watered and nurtured.

Just like the woman in the graphic she's coming in with new energy for the year with a beautiful swirl of water around her to support her, creativity, new ideas and inspirations. She's on her knees in the beauty of surrender to let go of last year. Bless it, let it go and make room for the new that is coming from the new seeds you have planted that will come to full bloom.

The walls of water are now behind her moving away now that she is not overwhelmed, disappointed or downing in water preventing her from moving forward, it's clear all around her.

We are still in Capricorn season to help us build with growth of our seeds. While Capricorn is stable she does have fun that brings expansive energy needed.
