A lot of people ask me if I was borne with natural intuitive abilities and I sense sometimes they mean “how lucky you are to be borne as an intuitive”. It’s as if to express a bit of disappointment that such has not been the case with them. Even though I came in with a heightened sensitivity to the the world of subtle energy, it took time to sharpen and hone my senses and find the right teachers to guide me. In my process, I realized everyone has intuitive abilities naturally, though latently so. Furthermore, to every thing there is a process. After years of study and practice, I came to believe there is a structure to the use of intuition, which covers the subjects of healing, psychic powers, and manifestation. I believe study of it can awaken and increase one’s intuitive powers as well as enhance the body’s ability to heal itself. If you could decrease recovery time, access answers to your own personal questions, manage stress more productively, it could be worth your while to investigate.
So, what is this structure? How can it be used to awaken and harness the power of your own intention? The structure to developing intuition is connected to knowledge of the energetic anatomy, which is the means by which our bodies access and process life force or chi. There is much scientific evidence to support that everything is energy. We cannot see it with the naked eye, and we accept that sub-atomic particles exist only because scientists can measure what they leave behind. (The Field by Lynn Mactaggart is just one book to check out) This subtle energy or life force, flows through us in what some cultures call, prana-Sanskrit, chi-Chinese, ki-Japanese, mana,- Hawaiian, or ruah-Hebrew, or holy spirit-Christianity. Evenness and abundance in the flow of subtle energy through our bodies means more life force available to the body to heal itself. Your cells already know how to heal, but are challenged when the flow of prana is inhibited or interrupted.
The basic energetic anatomy contains “energy-veins”, sometimes referred to as meridians; and energy vortices that take in clean prana and exhale used up prana, called chakras (sanskrit for “spinning wheel”). The aura, a radiatory field of energy emanating off of your body 3-6ft into your environment serves to reflect the overall state of health of the chakras and meridians. It is possible to see this flow of energy with inner sight (clarivoyance) and to feel it with your hands (clairsentience). In the Intuitive Energy Healing workshop held every 3rd Tuesday, 6:30 through 2016, I will expound on detailed techniques to work closely with your own energy field for maximum impact. We’ll discuss how the chakras take in clean prana and energize the organs they are closest to; what positive and negative emotional, mental and spiritual aspects each chakras corresponds to, and techniques to work with to enhance your inner intuition through maintaining good energetic hygiene
.
With vibrant, healthy chakras, we get a cut and it takes a day or two to heal. When the chakras are depleted or congested through stress or trauma, the cut can take days or weeks to heal completely. Also, when our chakras are congested, it can be very difficult to focus, or resolve negative emotions, let alone hear answers coming from within. How helpful would it be to learn how to maximize your access to prana and chi for health and wellness on all levels? If you could work with your chakras though specific exercises, you would be working smarter and not harder, creating greater efficiency, vitality and joy in the process.
To help you on your way before the workshop, try using Rhythmic Breathing, inhaling for a count of 7 and holding for 1 at the top; then exhaling for a count of 7 and holding for 1 at the bottom. This is 1 cycle. Practice 5-7 cycles to cleanse the over all aura and solar plexus chakras. You should find your nervous system getting a bit quieter, your body might feel a bit more refreshed and renewed. Looking forward to having fun with you in February, where we will be discussing the throat and ajna chakras, specifically. (Group healing is always included).
