Getting Unstuck~Shifting Stress Levels to Barely Noticeable

Getting Un-stuck; Shifting Stress Levels to Barely Noticeable by Lani Reagan Most of us would agree, things are not always as they appear to be. A reasonable mind has room to consider the many possible sides to a matter. What happens, however, to our ability to hold different perspectives when we are in the heat of an argument, or in a personal dilemma, where our powers of discrimination and discernment seem lost and overtaken by painful emotions, where we find ourselves “stressing out”?

When I stepped onto my energy healing path and took to my life’s purpose, my family was opposed because the nature of my practice (healing with the use of my hand’s off the body) was too far-out for their taste’s. The fear they had of the unknown, (of what they did not, at the time know) moved them to exclude me from family involvement, thinking that doing so would move me to return to their way of living. I felt abandoned, alone and rejected. Even though I had a solid community of friends who supported me, being excommunicated from my family, in the initial years of my newly awakened state, was very stressful. I fluctuated between anger, and resentment to feeling sad and rejected. There were times when I felt so indignant that I wanted them to hurt as much as I was hurting. So, what helped me get unstuck from this pattern of attachment to the emotional fluctuations I was moving through? What helped me to be open to different perspectives instead of being attached to the ones that left me feeling resentful and indignant? My energy work was a profound tool for self-healing. It’s an interesting phenomenon that what we give, we entitle ourselves to receive. The more I worked in my chosen field the more I became aware of my own unique process, which emerged from my connection with Source. As I channeled Universal Life Force and Information from the Sacred Space of All Wisdom, Knowledge and Love into the usable techniques and principles I teach in my 5 step process, it helped me to help myself while helping others. Now I transfer to clients my process so that they too can help themselves get un-stuck from the stress that keeps them suffering in stress, limitation and lack. Since the processes are aligned with principles that underlie each technique, it’s a bit more involved than what I can share here. However, I can give you some practical things you can use in your daily life to help you move from being overly attached to a limited perspective, to a having an unlimited perspective, with a sense of confidence and open-ness to shifting.

  1. It’s a mistake to believe that “this” is always how it’s going to be. Discovering and working with the the law of cycles which says that all things are changing and cyclical and that nothing stays the same, is a part of my 5 step healing process. Briefly put here, the law says that all experiences do eventually change and can do so very quickly with the use of practical self-healing techniques. Once you realize that which you’re convinced is responsible for your stress level, that it’s changeable by the very law of cycles, you will notice at a very deep level an inner spaciousness starting to develop.
  2. When the spaciousness begins to set in, then the reality of your divinity can start to seep into your operating system. This is connected to the teaching that all beings have a spark of Life within them. It’s a force we channel through our bodies until the day our bodies expire. When you become aware of experiencing this force moving through your body in the awareness of the breath and in the feeling of love as it’s expressed within you, for you and for others, this puts you in touch with your True Nature. Inherently, it’s the truest aspect of your Self. It’s untouchable to anyone else except for you. It can only grow in it’s degree of existence as love, intelligence and action, through the very nature of feeling itself as such through your body, mind and heart. Some would call it soul-energy; others might call it “prana” or “chi”, but whatever you want to call it, this Life Force that is the truest aspect of you, and the recognition of it, is the key to resolving stress. There are several methods to practice to maximize your experience of this aspect of yourself. Meditation, in a variety of forms, is a primary tool I use and teach. Maximize your experience of the Divinity of Love within you through meditation. Once you begin to meditate, you will notice a shifting in your perspectives and the spaciousness you experience inside will take place outside, gradually. What do you do when it begins to shift from internal to external?
  3. In this step, we can take whatever we were stressed about and shift it into the desired outcome, creating a vision of that which we’d like to see to come to pass. Every time we do this and some other type of stress shows up, or some other position that keeps us in the stress-filled position of “knowing” it’s impossible or “always” going to stay that way, we have another opportunity to use step 1 and step 2 to re-create a more flexible position and achieve a stress-free relationship to the issue at hand. I said it was “simple”. I didn’t say, it was easy.

Nothing can take the place of the unique opportunities of being in a human incarnation, but if we recognize that each experience is just that, an opportunity to grow, shift and evolve, we can open ourselves up to the technology of energy-work to acknowledge our divine nature; activate our connection to Source energy and achieve things we never imagined were possible. For when you develop a habit and practice using my 5 step healing system you not only have ways to resolve stress but your ability to shift perspectives means you increase your options of creating more than you dreamed was possible. www.LaniReagan.comwww.dynanichealingtherapies.com
