Remembering that we are not alone in facing life’s issues is sometimes a challenge. Most of the time we believe no one else is going through what we are dealing with.
We forget that there are others with like stories and opening ourselves up to a community of like minded people can make us feel more connected and less alone. That’s the beautiful thing about Paradise Found; it’s a reservoir of creative thought and is a canopy for growth and expression.
So I encourage you to submit any questions you may have, via email, to join in on the energy pulsing through Paradise Found's newsletter. I will read each one and decipher the overall group need and share my intuitive download with you all. If your question gets picked (and you agree to have us publish your specific question) you will win a free 30 min session with me! Submit your queries to AskLaniNow@gmail.com, and maybe the response will help you along in your quest!
Enjoy using the tool below. We under-estimate the use of our breath…
Intuitive Tool for the month of June--Rhythmic breathing slows the nervous system down and cleanses the energy body. Inhale for a count of 6 slowly and hold at the top for 3 counts. Then exhale slowly for a count of 6 and remain at the bottom for 3 counts before inhaling again. One inhale and exhale is one cycle. Practice 5-7 cycles in the morning for clarity and vitality; or can be used to relax the body for sleep. The key is in the rhythm and in the holds. You may notice greater stillness and the body becoming more relaxed. InJoy!
So, I chose my new email address because I was hearing several of my clients and friends say, “Let me ask Lani…”, or telling their friends, “You should ask Lani.”; and hearing my clients, say, “I told my friend she should just ask you”. It became a running joke with one client of mine who kept sending me her people. When my yahoo account got hacked, it seemed natural, given my Intuitive Energy Reading/Life Coaching practice to choose my new email address, AskLaniNow@gmail.com. It’s a good fit since my practice is about helping people find answers to their pressing questions, but my sessions are based on more than just providing information. I believe it’s better to teach and equip others to access their own answers so I have 3 tenets that I work with and live by. My column is devoted to answering clients questions while sharing the wisdom of these 3 tenets. Plus, I will let you in on some self-healing techniques to empower you on your journey of building a beautiful life. (I also work with the energetic anatomy, the chakras, auras and health rays, to facilitate accelerated physical healing)
In my private sessions, I use muscle testing and energy reading to access the sub-conscious mind to discover which negative programs are keeping you from manifesting what you intend at the conscious level. With the use of theta healing and pranic healing and clairvoyance, we can change negative subconscious patterns creating greater alignment, and accelerated healing.
This is not to say that victims do not exist. In a police report, a person who suffered at the hands of another committing a crime, is described as a “victim”. It’s a position in relationship to an event. However, if you believe in the law of cause and effect and that nothing happens without having a cause, (even if we cannot see the cause, something had to put it in motion) then one would be able to know that on some level, perhaps non-consciously, someone who appears to be victimized, actually co-created that event. I know this may be a big concept to understand. It isn’t necessary to apply it to the worlds’ problems at large, only to begin to understand how this principle has worked in your personal life and how it continues to work. If we begin to see ourselves as conscious co-creators, we empower ourselves to see how we are non-consciously co-creating negative experiences. (Yes, how we are co-creating non-consciously that which we do not want….) Once we solve for this gap, bringing our non-conscious patterns to awareness and change, we set our selves up to co-create more pleasing experiences, regularly and consistently. The task in accomplishing this is to practice awareness. Remember we are always co-creators.
The second tenet is my belief that there are zero mistakes. Events of the past we may have thought was the worst that could happen, later on, we realize were blessings. The job we got fired from, led us to a new, more fulfilling one. The car that was totaled out, gave way to a new one. The divorce we mourned led to greater self-discovery and a new life. These are just some examples. However, while we may sense the truth in these examples, it is another story to live by this tenet in our moment to moment lives. I believe the second clause to this tenet is that there is only cause and effect. In other words there is only choice and consequence. Eliminating the idea of “mistakes” leaves us breathing space. We can let go of any pressure to be perfect, to get it right. Doesn’t that even make you feel a bit more relaxed? This does not mean that we become less careful about our choices. On the other hand it means we become more conscious, more responsible in our choices and more able to handle that which may arise. This brings us to my third tenet, which gives us access to the inner power, wisdom and strength needed to handle the consequences.
The third tenet? Alignment with our True Nature makes us feel connected, empowered and joyful, even in the face of challenging circumstances. Mis-alignment with our True Nature leaves us feeling disconnected and separate. This is a place of confusion and negativity. The mistake we make is believing that we ARE the negative emotions, feelings and thoughts, and buying into that idea can keep us on a merry-go-round of disconnect. When we are mis-aligned we tend to believe that if the people around us simply change or some other outside factor shifted, we’d be happy or it would solve our discomfort. But we can only change and control our selves. Believing this is buying into a lie and a dead-end, for this leads to more frustration, as others move about their lives freely, despite efforts to control them. Alignment with your True Nature is a practice and is at the heart of my work. I strive to provide a safe environment for clients to become aware of the ways in which they are choosing mis-alignment and instruct in ways to create greater degrees of alignment more consistently. Thus clients have reported resolution of panic attacks, anxiety and depression, as they begin a regular practice of aligning with their True Natures via the exercises, instructions and energy-work provided during their sessions. Mis-Alignment disempowers while Alignment empowers, and such alignment can potentially speed up the physical healing process as well.
So I suppose the big question would be what is our True Nature? How can we align with it? How can we stop choosing to be mis-aligned? One of my favorite authors, Ms. Louise Hay teaches this rather simply and that is, “Your True Nature is Love”.
In the next article learn specific ways to align with this Love within you, for resolution of emotional stress. Remember, there are zero mistakes, and you are always co-creating. Thus set you intention to align with the love that you are and strive to connect to the love within others, and you will hear your answers coming to you.
Health, vitality and success to you all!
