The only constant in life is change. People, events, objects and places come and go, some lasting only a moment in time. The attitude in which you accept these changes, however, indicates how well you learn from them. For better health and well-being, let go of what was and move into what is! You may be frustrated or panicky at times. You may ask yourself why a particular event had to happen and why YOU had to experience it. CELEBRATE the unlimited gifts that life offers; gifts of perpetual renewal for you to gain fresh knowledge and insight, which may then provide an opportunity for improvement to yourself and to others!

By celebrating all change with excitement and delight, you will always have enough. How you think about and deal with change determines what outcome and ultimately what experience and feelings you will have about them. Take ownership of your experiences and embrace the ever changing ride of life! You will be amazed how your universe will begin to look!
