Learning to master mind-clutter through a mindfulness or devotional practice enables one to easily apply The 3 Steps to Activating Intuition, which I shared in the August newsletter:
Mediation/mindfulness, keeps us in a space of equanimity, so we can see through our own personal prejudices and peer into a matter without our filters at work. Any tendencies to judge as wrong, or bad; or assess as good or right; must be avoided in order to hear the whisperings of one’s Divine self. In the stillness of mediation, one becomes skilled at sitting in the expanded-ness of ALL THAT IS, until one “feels”; “hears”; or “sees” whatever one’s Higher Self decides to bring to light. The development of intuition is a long term benefit of a mindfulness practice, so it’s ok to not have instant clair-voyance, clair-sentience or clair-audience. The important aspect is the regularity.
When one is meditating, it becomes easier to understand the concept that there are Zero Mistakes, because we begin to see the real meaning behind events that seem tragic, unpleasant and useless. We spend less time being stressed out and more time contemplating how we can be of service or use our time in constructive activities. When a situation arises that is unpleasant or shakes up our nervous system, a meditating person will notice the difference in their ability to handle the stress and the pressure, and frequently “mountains” turn into “molehills” and “win-win” outcomes are the order of the day.
So how willing are you to sharpen your intuitive skills through a mindfulness practice? How open are you to hearing the leanings of your Higher Soul in the space of deep peace and calm? Meditation is just one aspect of developing Intuitive Tools for Transformation, and we’ll be exploring many other tools in the months ahead via this column. Additionally, I will be hosting a monthly Intuitive Tools for Transformation class at Paradise Found (every second Tues evening; $25/per person) for any and all who wish to practice in the structure of a group.
Stay tuned for details! Time and start date TBD, and please let us know if this is something that interests you. You can do so by either emailing me at AskLaniNow@gamail.com; or calling Paradise Found, (805) 564-3573.
Until we meet in person or on the inner planes, be safe, be well and be happy. In other words; Make It A Good Day!
