Have you ever wondered about the topic of psychic attack or felt afraid that you might be the subject of it? Does the topic scare you, or make you feel a little uneasy? There was time in my life where I believed there was no such thing, but also felt cautious of anything having to do with “fru-fru magic stuff” or “wizardry”. It wasn’t until I learned the energetic technology underscoring all alternative healing modalities, that my discomfort and disbelief around the topic empowered and transformed me, while giving me the skills to help others heal and learn how to maintain their own health and emotional wellness. Since then I’ve been producing consistent and palpable results for clients and their loved ones. If you’ve ever thought you were the subject of psychic attack or felt afraid of the topic of psychic attack or of energy-work in general, keep reading as I lay out some basic principles and tools to help you understand, empower and protect yourself.
By means of the Law of Interconnectedness, we are all swimming in a force field of energy, and we each bring our own individual frequencies to the mix. While there is such a thing as true psychic attack that I came to learn does exist in the dark-spaces of intentionally cast curses and spells, the nature of psychic attack exits at a level that we each have a certain degree of impact on. You can impact the energy field and are constantly doing so in every moment, whether you are aware of it or not. Have you ever been around someone whose disposition is positive and upbeat, that it’s almost infectious? It’s as if their energy exudes a vibe that causes your frequency to vibrate at the same high frequency. The opposite can also be said that when we are around others with a depressed state of mind, or we ourselves are in a negative mood, that we experience a drain or a lowering of our vibration. So, what is psychic attack? Traditionally, psychic attack is a phrase to describe when someone is purposely doing some sort of magic curse or spell of ill will on another. However, in my experience psychic attack happens along a continuum of volume ranging from mild to extreme; from a thoughtless space of angry blame all the way to an intentional malicious energy, and it’s governed and generated or prevented by the managing of our own frequencies, via our thoughts, motive and intentions. Our frequencies are largely governed by our conscious and subconscious mindset.
In the same way that the principle “like attracts like” is true, psychic attack requires a point of exit of negative energy that is directed to another point that receives it. By virtue of the law of karma, Love-energy keeps us largely protected from being at the receiving end of any negative energies. However, when we do experience negative emotions and move through the normal human tendency to judge, blame, criticize or severely penalize others, we are setting in motion, low volumes of psychic attack and our energies become susceptible to mutual energies. This was so in my case.I had been suffering from mysterious illnesses which doctors could not pin-point. By the time I found energy healing, my migraine headache had been non-stop for 3 days, but the prior 3 months had my body suffering from wide variety of ailments keeping me out of work and daily activities. While my initial self-healing attempts were successful for all of two hours, it wasn’t until having my first healing session with an experienced healer, that I became schooled on the nature and reality of psychic attack.Even though I had been skeptical of it up until that point, what I was told made complete sense and it set into motion some major shifts in my consciousness and in my life. He said that he was sensing I had been the subject of psychic attack from a group of people, that to him, felt like my family. I hadn’t told him anything of my history; that I was seen as the black sheep of my family; that I had left their religion for a few years, only to return and then marry someone who was not of that faith, which they didn’t approve of.There were a myriad of other complex reasons for the dynamics that existed between myself and my family that my energy-healing education helped me resolve (including the fact that I left off practicing their religion altogether when I dedicated my life to helping others heal through energy-work practices and principles). At that early point, my task was to do as much forgiveness work as possible so that I was not resonating at a similar frequency; to develop awareness of my thoughts and do as much loving kindness meditation as I could manage to do regularly, while I was studying the science of energy work for healing purposes. Things changed rapidly and it’s as if the Universe simply picked me up out of a narrowminded lifestyle and transferred me into my Life’s Work, quite unexpectedly. The energy between my family and I only shifted as I began to shift. So, lesson number one, is to have awareness of your thoughts and intentions. Now, a whole volume can be written on the variety of thoughts, intentions and motives at play in any given situation. Any tendencies to judge, blame, resent, envy or physically hurt another will come with karmic consequences, so the second lesson is to use mercy, understanding and compassion to transmute the karmic energy being generated on our part, including not only mercy for other, but compassion and understanding for our evolving selves. This is not to say that psychic attack is anyone’s fault. If you look at it as a science instead of a dangerous thing, it can be reduced to manageable terms, so my effort here is to break it down in its’ different stages, all the way to the intentional stage where a professional, like myself, might be needed. So what other instances would require more sophisticated techniques? Past life issues are frequently the cause of extreme cases of psychic attack. Even if one party becomes aware and practices forgiveness, resolving their portion in it, the non-conscious habits of thought patterns coming from other people can negatively impact us, by virtue of the normal human tendencies to react, even in the face of effort-ing to be kind. Or, it’s possible direct negative work is being performed which would necessitate purposeful protective techniques. I generally hear clients saying things got better after they applied the initial instructions using forgiveness and compassion. However, there are time that require employment of certain practical energetic formulas to minimize the impact of non-conscious ill-will-energies like jealousies, envies, and old resentments, as well as intentional cases of energetic ill-will wishing. In a few cases, bitterness from relatives were causing my clients to feel run down and exhausted, even with taking the initial steps as outlined above. After using advanced techniques to contain negative frequencies while syphoning healing energy towards the sources of the attack, the clearing not only lightened up the lives of my clients but created space for better relating. More peace, better relationships with an opportunity to heal the over-all dynamic is the purpose of my approach. So, what is the nature of a spell or a curse? These require advanced techniques to mitigate. It’s basically a very dense and energized thought-form kept in motion by someone with conscious intention to do harm, via various energetic practices. It’s not the practices themselves that are contrary to Universal law but the intentions that they are designed with. These are very rare, and in themselves have their own remedies, the details of which extend beyond the purposes of this article, but I have had experience in correcting for these aspects as well. What’s important to note here is that everything is energy and by virtue of your True Nature as a being of Love, Light and Power, you can protect yourself and your family in very simple and practical ways, while having the knowledge and comfort that any intense energies at work can be remedied with the help of an experienced professional. For more information and details, email AskLaniNow@gmail.com; or schedule your Paradise Found Reading with any one of their readers by calling (805) 564-3573.
