This July will be a combination of a desire for the fun and frivolity of sun and surf and completing the task of baring our selves to the emotional bone. The latter might not be so much of a desire as it is a feeling of duty to be performed ‘for our highest good’. To these experiences we are sometimes led kicking and screaming but these days with so much positive energy available to us there is no need for suffering or resistance! It is all so much lighter on the other side.
The only lesson we need to learn these days is how to surrender and accept; much easier to do than the old regimen of worry, doubt and mistrust. It doesn’t matter what is going on around you. Structures are tumbling and therefore things may seem to be the opposite of your picture of peace. Do not allow your self to be distracted by the story. Continue to focus on the vision you have for peace in your life and we will create that universally, one person at a time.
Breathing is always a good prescription for what ails you. Summer is a great time to increase the length and depth of your inhale/exhale—to slow the breath and watch it circulate throughout your body bringing renewal to cells and joy to mind. See your self as a fractal of the whole, kaleidoscope-ing in patterns of ever evolving awareness. Sliding into and out of various, and apparently new realities but in fact, experiencing repeatedly, aspects of the same original pulse which we call love. Any moment now, we are awake.
In July find a little space to challenge the self to step beyond what you know to be your self. Then when the door opens bolt through it and don’t look back. You may giggle like a child, play amongst the many opportunities that will find you and finally accept the notion that everything is perfect in every moment without exception.
The 3 Cards for July:
The Chariot VII—Bringing the force of opposites into balance and harmony allows us to conquer our ‘enemies’ and successfully navigate our way through all challenges. The Chariot is the number 7 of the Major Arcana and is considered to be a spiritual number, one through which tests we overcome prepare us for a higher level of experience. To the Dogon tribe of Mali, the number seven is the symbol of the union of opposites, of the resolution of dualism and a symbol of perfection. To the Egyptians the number 7 is the symbol of eternal life: it symbolizes a complete cycle, dynamic perfection.
Justice XI—The Justice card refers to the karmic resolution which occurs when things or people reach a state of balance. It usually pertains to long standing situations that once brought into balance allow one to comprehend the big picture. The number 11 is a master number whereupon we grasp the meaning of ‘we are all one’. In Basque, ‘hamaika’ is the word for 11 and for infinite. The number 11 represents spiraling twin strands of human DNA moving into a higher frequency of consciousness.
Six of Cups—The sweet card of giving unconditionally, sharing the gifts of love and joy and touching each other with our hearts. As above, so below is the number 6. So aware of the divine self that it overflows form radiating out in all directions. This is a simple and yet powerful card.
Have a happy, touching, loving July and don’t forget to leap!
