On the Precipice of Light: Journey Into a New World

Here we are yet again, perched on the precipice of flight, youngsters enthusiastically greeting the dawn. Everything is possible. At this time we must reach deep within, to overcome fears and doubts and to offer up our gifts of tremendous creativity that derive from this moment...

Man follows the earth.
The earth follows heaven.
Heaven follows the Tao.
Tao follows what is natural.
~Lao Tzu, ch. 25 Tao Te Ching

Here we are yet again, perched on the precipice of flight, youngsters enthusiastically greeting the dawn. It is Spring which traditionally sees new life abound.  We are also experiencing the ‘Spring’ of a new cycle of human activity. Everywhere people ask to be acknowledged for who they are, even though it goes against in many cases, what has been traditionally accepted. In all corners of our planet people are standing up, confronting limitation and freeing themselves. We move in sync.

“End of the world as we know it is not the end of the world; it is the end of a way of knowing the world.”
~Douglad Hine, Awakin.org-End of the World

There is a tear in the fabric through which we see a blank canvas. The warp and weft of what has defined our existence comes apart. Now is the time to release what has burdened us, express from the flow moving through us, each in their own unique way.

Everything is possible. At this time we must reach deep within, to overcome fears and doubts and to offer up our gifts of tremendous creativity that derive from this moment. We sometimes nervously peer out from this moment of emptiness wanting to quickly fill it with something known but we are cautioned by a deep inner wisdom that tells us, that is not the way; creating from these old habits.

Which is the way? The Tao, which literally means the way, is the key to all movement. Is the source of all manifestation. Is the silence we hear when all else ceases. It is a moment when the heart swells with the knowing of peace, no effort required. In the silence a phrase arises, ‘this is it.’  ‘This’  has no name nor does ‘this’ need to be named. It is known.

“Lao Tzu in the Tao Te Ching explains that the Tao is not a name for a thing, but the underlying natural order of the Universe…Tao is "eternally nameless" and should be distinguished from the countless named things that are considered to be its manifestations, the reality of life before its descriptions of it.” ~Wikipedia

Following the way, we think less, listen more and confidently act according to what we  often call inner wisdom that is simply the ever present guiding rhythm of Life. Doing is an automatic manifestation of this awareness. Thinking, in its most creative form, is an automatic manifestation of this awareness when we are no longer limited by conditioning. ]
